The Role

As an Existing Customer Sales Representative, you will:

+ Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Each homeowner on your schedules expects your expertise, (no wasted time).

+ Conduct systematic, in-home inspections, carefully diagnosing issues and providing technically sound recommendations.

+ Educate homeowners on their systems, risks and long-term solutions, ensuring they understand the rationale behind every decision.

+ Follow a structured, process-driven approach that guarantees accuracy, consistency and homeowner trust.

What You Are

+ A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.

+ Analytical, systematic, and methodical; you value accuracy and well-reasoned solutions.

+ Experienced in consultative or technical sales, home services or problem-solving roles

+ Comfortable following structured processes while applying your judgement to complex situations

+ Motivated by mastery, impact and delivering high-quality, reliable results.
