How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
+ Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR)
+ Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making.
+ Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels.
+ Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, team pages).
+ Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
+ Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables.
+ Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
+ This position requires you to work for 2-3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
+ Rotations: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, Fall 2027
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
+ Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
+ Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects.
+ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
+ Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
+ Able to commit to three alternating work semesters.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Experience working in cross-departmental teams or on technology-related projects.
+ Demonstrated analytical thinking, curiosity, and creative problem-solving.
+ Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Interest in airline operations, project management, or technology development.
