    Join our Project Management team at Hologic, where we turn big ideas into life-changing products for women’s health. As a **Project Specialist I** , you’ll help keep our new product development (and ongoing projects) running smoothly—think of yourself as the glue holding timelines, documents, and team members together.     Key Outcomes:

    + Help keep project schedules and milestones on track, from start to finish.

    + Identify and resolve project risks and issues before they become big headaches.

    + Organize and maintain essential design documents and files for new and existing products.

    + Coordinate team meetings, reviews, and ensure everyone’s action items get done.

    + Communicate project updates to your team, leaders, and stakeholders—no one left in the dark!

    You’re a multitasking pro who can juggle deadlines, details, and emails without breaking a sweat (or at least, without anyone noticing). You’re great at working with all kinds of people—from interns to executives—and you know how to keep everyone moving in the right direction. If you can bring fresh ideas, a knack for solving problems, and a sense of humor to your work, you’ll fit right in!

    Additional qualifications and information:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required.

    + 2–5 years of experience (with at least 1 year in project management).

    + Experience with regulated medical devices and design controls (21 CFR Part 820) is a plus.

    + Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Planview.

    + Project Management coursework or certification is a bonus.

    The annualized base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
