    Dispatchers are responsible for always making an excellent first impression for all callers. You will answer incoming phone calls and carefully record details for service requests prior to coordinating with field operations to ensure the right crew is sent to the right call.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Design Detailed Traffic Control Plans Using Applicable Software

    + Esnure Traffic Control Designs Meet All Regulatory Agency Standards

    + Prepare Plans for Submission to Leadership and Controlling Agencies

    + Update Plans Based on Feedback and Construction Phases

    + Create Traffic Model, Analyze Data, and Prepare Reports to Improve Traffic Flow

    + Provide Leadership adn Direction to Traffic Control Technicians

     

    What You'll Have

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 5 Years of Traffic Control Experience Preferred

    + Experience Designing Traffic Cotnrol Plans

    + ATSSA Certification Preferred
