    Software Development Engineer (C++ / Windows) – Cloud Gaming

    **Location:** Redmond, WA (Local preferred, Remote considered)

    **Contract:** 6 Months (January – June 30), potential extension

    Pay Rate:

    + SDE2: $50/hour

    + SDE3: $55/hour

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a Cloud Gaming team focused on **streaming technology** and **feature/tool development for Windows** . We’re looking for engineers who can think broadly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a wide range of technologies—all while helping gamers enjoy seamless experiences wherever they play.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and develop features and tools for Windows to enhance cloud gaming streaming.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

    + Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Windows-based streaming experiences.

    + Participate in design discussions and code reviews.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Strong proficiency in **C++** and **Windows development** .

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    + Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

    Team Structure & Project Details

    + Team size: 3 developers (ideal mix: 1 SDE3 and 2 SDE2).

    + Project funded through June 30 (end of fiscal year); extension possible but not guaranteed.

    + Budgets for next fiscal year determined in May/June.
