As a **Security Guard - Auto Patrol Team** in **Fremont, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive environment, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with visitors and employees, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and observe for any unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the auto industry environment.

+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or other security-related matters.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

+ Support the enforcement of site-specific rules and regulations to help to maintain order within the location.

+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while patrolling on foot and/or by vehicle as required by the post assignment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
