Our client, **a leading motorsport and racing technology organization** , is seeking a **Senior Race Car Design Engineer** to join their team. As a Senior Race Car Design Engineer, you will be part of the **Engineering Department** supporting the **Vehicle Design and Development Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills** , **excellent problem-solving abilities** , and **effective communication skills** , which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Race Car Design Engineer

**Location:** On-site / Motorsport Facility

**Pay Range:** $48.08/hr – $62.50/hr

What’s the Job?

+ Provide design engineering expertise for race car vehicle design, including creating and analyzing design concepts, CAD models, and drawings

+ Design and develop race car chassis, suspension, and mechanical systems

+ Interpret test results and evaluate performance to implement design improvements

+ Plan and complete assigned engineering projects while mentoring junior engineers

+ Coordinate design activities, drawing releases, and resolution of engineering design and test issues

What’s Needed?

+ 5–7 years of direct design experience with motorsport vehicles and systems

+ Extensive experience with CAD software and parametric modeling of race car components

+ Comprehensive knowledge of race car chassis, suspension, and mechanical systems

+ Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills

+ Proven experience coordinating engineering design activities and project schedules
