    Overview

     

    BigBear.ai is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics.The candidate will develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. The position is hybrid and will be located in Hanover, MD.

     

    What you will do

     

    + Provide input throughout the software lifecycle to include testing

    + Implement new features, capabilities and address defects.

    + Define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team

     

    What you need to have

     

    + Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required.

    + Clearance:TS/SCI w/Poly

    + 8+ years of software engineering experience is required. 3+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.

    + 4+ years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 12 years.

    + Java Development Experience

    + Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed

    + Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox, Spring, Docker etc.)

    + Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines

    + Understanding of Full Stack development

    + Familiar with AWS

    + Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements

    + Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.

    + Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML

    + Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.

    + Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams.
