The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for Various Integrated Data Management, Design and Financial Support Services positions to provide support for our government customer in the National Capital Region, DC.
POSITIONS TO INCLUDE:
Senior Software Integrator: Develop a software solution to integrate existing software systems such as the TRIRIGA, the SPMD Rent Billing application, and MAXIMO. Create an interface to integrate TRIRIGA for the Real Property Inventory and Space Portfolio Management databases with the MAXIMO work orders for maintenance and repair actions throughout the portfolio. Develop integration between the TRIRIGA databases and the SPMD Rent Billing system. Upload CADD drawings into TRIGIA.
Education: Master's Degree or above
Experience: A minimum of 20 years of program management experience with demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity responsible for highly effective support in planning, developing, integrating, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts, and technology development programs for defense agencies with extensive and diversified requirements. Has experience in MAXIMO and TRIRIGA software.
Computer-Aided Design and Drafting Specialist: Provide design services shall offer furniture, signage and graphics, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification and Commissioning. Furniture services include the initial development of furniture layout and plans based on the program requirements as well as the continued coordination of furniture placement within the space, confirmation of dimensions in relation to code and circulation standards, and final inclusion in the Construction Documents. This will include the coordination of the electrical requirements for offices/workstations as well as electrical and network requirements at conference rooms/multi-purpose rooms. Provide a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Sustainment Management System (SMS) Builder, Builder (BRED), and EquipMapper. Coordinate with system engineers to develop the integration between the SMS Builder and TRIRIGA systems. This interface will connect the calculations from SMS Builder to the Real Property Inventory.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Certification: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification and Commissioning or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience doing Computer aided design services with experience in furniture, signage, and graphics. Furniture services include the initial development of furniture layout and plans based on the program requirements as well as the continued coordination of furniture placement within the space, confirmation of dimensions in relation to code and circulation standards, and final inclusion in the Construction Documents. Rent Billing Specialist: Provides and maintains rent billing data. Provides monthly payment schedules. Works closely with team leads and deputy directors.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Experience: Shall have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated federal experience supporting a budget program to include the evaluation/analysis for transactions of accounting programs. Highly proficient in mathematical and analytical skills; in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.; able to quickly learn new software; and possesses strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and professional skills. Shall demonstrate the ability to process, interpret, analyze, and manage rent billing application data.
Data Integration Analyst: Provides data processes, analyzation, integration, synthetization, and interprets large and diverse data sets from multiple data sources for executive-level decision making. Creates Dashboards and works closely with senior leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Certification: Active IBM Data Analyst Professional certification.
Experience: Shall have a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in data analysis. Highly proficient in mathematical and analytical skills; use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, etc.; and possesses executive level oral and written communication skills. Shall demonstrate the ability to process, analyze, integrate, synthesize, and interpret large and diverse data sets from multiple data sources for executive-level decision making.
Management Analyst: Skilled in managing multiple taskings from higher HQ. Skilled in the ability to manage PM activities and add value supporting operations. Experience in supporting a Project Office in daily operations and execution. Skilled in preparing and managing large amounts of information in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Skilled in preparing briefings and data for presentation to senior leaders in the DoD and Army. Experienced in organization and management of process improvements. Skilled in file management, managing large amounts of data in share environment across an office. Knowledge in government contracting, budget, cost, and logistics. Coordinates various staff actions across organization to ensure unity of effort. Captures/tracks, disseminates, coordinates, and submits all responses to suspense actions from higher HQ. Similarly, tracks and monitors internal actions and directives.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Certification: Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or Equivalent, e.g. Master’s in Business Analytics PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification or Equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in support of a defense agency’s technology development program must include (1) establishment of a strong working relationship with numerous contractors and other government agencies involved in the program; (2) analyses of the operational benefits of a wide variety of military systems, including translation of technical improvements into mission enhancements, in support of the program; (3) tracking program efforts to rapidly identify new problems and opportunities as the program developed; (4) innovation in and rapid implementation of effective solutions; (5) development of innovative approaches for technology transfer; (6) organizing and conducting technical meetings; and (7) providing coordinated and timely responses to requests and taskings, including independently reprioritizing tasks as requirements change. Note: An example is provided for what the Government considers is an equivalent certification to (PMI-PBA), e.g. Master’s in Business Analytics. In this example, both Education and Certification requirements would be met for personnel with a Master’s in Business Analytics.
Knowledge Manager Specialist: Implement Knowledge Management initiatives and coordinate KM efforts across PM and subordinate organizations. Identify internal/external best KM practices and provide a framework to ensure the capture, harnessing and exploitation of intellectual capital. The framework developed includes rules and policies for knowledge workers to abide by in documenting, controlling, and organizing the captured knowledge to realize maximum utility and speed of access to enhance their job performance and mission contribution. Embrace all types of knowledge used by knowledge workers to include general, specific, widely shared, as well as that which must be shared among a specified few. Develop and implement policy and program guidance governing the implementation and management of Knowledge Management initiatives. Determine the knowledge content; how it will be structured, shared, controlled, and made easily accessible for the non-homogenous needs of the Knowledge Management community. Defines and establishes KM tasks in coordination with government team; provide advice on needed resources, and monitor/lead project progress to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above
Certification: SharePoint Certification or Equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in identifying and assisting in establishing roles and responsibilities for supporting a knowledge management environment; builds knowledge teams; develops and implements migration plan for content to support and promote knowledge management; supports and maintains the continuous development of new organizational and online communities of practice; promotes knowledge (both tacit and explicit). Can develop guidance and policy on processes to institutionalize KM practices. Will contributes to the design, set up and maintenance of internal/external supporting websites and portals used for explicit and tacit knowledge exchange. Can coach and champion online communities of practice, mentors, topic leaders, and coaches across the initial entry training community.
