+ $1.00/ hour attendance bonuse

+ Load paper on the production line

+ Shape various products, such as croissants following approved procedures maintaining the speed of the production line.

+ Place product on pattern parchement paper.

+ Take weight of sample products.

+ Visually inspect products according to specifications.

+ Rework product that did not meet original specifications but can be salvaged and reused.

+ Ensure that all products entering the proofer meets the company’s specifications in appearance, shape and weight

+ Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils

+ Follow all requirements of SQF, FSMA, HACCP/HARPC, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations as they pertain to food safety in a manufacturing facility.

+ Follow all local, state and federal regulations.

+ Learn additional policies, tasks, skills and duties in support of additional food safety and quality programs.

+ Adhere to other related programs including but not limited to personnel hygiene, and allergen training

**Pay Details:** $19.20 to $20.20 per hour
