Adecco is partnering with a leading company to recruit for a **Mechanical Assembler** in El Cajon, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a pay rate of $24/hour.

Responsibilities:
+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to assemble equipment accurately
+ Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers and drill guns
+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
+ Rework or repair assembled equipment as needed
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Previous mechanical assembly experience
+ Must be considered a U.S. Person
+ Technical or vocational training is a plus; basic skills test may be required

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
