    Now Hiring: Electrical Engineer

     

    Pay Rate:** **$49.50 per hour

    Schedule:** **Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Olsten Staffing** is currently recruiting for an **Electrical Engineer** in the Florence, SC area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization offering competitive pay and full benefits.

    Job Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering **plus 2 years of related experience** , or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Working knowledge of **power distribution, protection, and control systems**

    + Experience with **North American electrical codes and standards**

    + Strong understanding of **power components, distribution and protection systems, and controls theory and applications**

    + Electrical engineering experience with **wiring diagrams, system analysis, motors, and control applications**

    + Experience working with **suppliers and third-party agencies** , including national and local code enforcement organizations (UL, CSA, ASME, NFPA, TSSA, NEC preferred)

    + Proficiency with **ECAD tools** such as Cadence, AutoCAD, E3, and Creo

    + Understanding of **PCB assembly** and related manufacturing processes

    + Experience using **test and measurement equipment**

    + Ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable plans that meet **product requirements, quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations**

    + Hands-on lab experience supporting **electrical architecture, embedded software design, testing, integration, and troubleshooting**

    + Strong **analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills** , with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, matrix environments
