Job Title: Senior Technician (T3) – Test EngineeringJob Description
Join our dynamic Avionics Test Engineering organization as a Senior Technician. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of manufacturing test solutions for both commercial and military sensor products. This is an onsite position in Burnsville, Minnesota, where you will work alongside a team of experienced engineers and technicians to support production and innovate test solutions. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of test solutions throughout their life cycle.
Responsibilities
+ Build test hardware, including cables, boxes, and racks, in accordance with engineering drawings.
+ Create and review test system designs and documentation to meet customer requirements.
+ Update documentation and provide markups for new and existing test hardware.
+ Troubleshoot and repair issues with test solutions promptly.
+ Collaborate effectively with engineers, operators, and technicians in a team environment.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in building complex cable assemblies and test systems.
+ Ability to read engineering schematics and wire lists.
+ Proficiency in tooling, soldering, and crimping standards.
+ Knowledge of Minnesota State Electrical codes and statutes.
+ Strong communication and mentorship skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Must have experience with cable technology in an R&D environment.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position in Burnsville, Minnesota. You will work in a collaborative and agile environment, managing your time effectively to solve challenging problems. The role involves hands-on work with test hardware and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Burnsville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.41 - $40.41/hr.
