    Job Title: Pharmacy Material HandlerJob Description

     

    Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Material Handler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely packaging and shipment of products. You will be responsible for managing material handling duties and ensuring all shipments are prepared accurately.

    Responsibilities

    + Properly pack products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and ensure all production supplies are fully stocked at all times.

    + Create or fix any shipping labels as necessary.

    + Bring packages to shipping Mail and Courier as needed.

    + Receive various goods throughout the day and manage inventory.

    + Learn and execute functions related to commercial courier and shipping systems.

    + Ensure adequate stock of gel packs, ice, and ambient materials for appropriate packaging of daily shipments.

    + Empty trash as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + High School Diploma/GED or higher OR 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.

    + Proficiency in pharmacy-related tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in material handling and shipment preparation.

    Work Environment

    The position requires working the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday. The work environment involves handling various materials and ensuring the preparation of shipments. The role does not require a specific dress code beyond standard warehouse attire.

    This is a Contract position based out of Montville, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.50/hr.
