    Job Title: Superintendent

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the renovation and reconfiguration of a loading dock at Building B1866. This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and providing progress updates during meetings.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the renovation project.

    + Review the scope of work and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    + Communicate project progress and updates in meetings.

    + Manage and oversee construction projects at Indian Head Naval Air Station.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in quality control and project management.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + 5-8 years of previous federal construction experience.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + QCM certification and EM385-1-1 are considered an added bonus.

    + Any additional certifications are advantageous but not required.

    + Must have citizenship.

    Work Environment

    The position is fully on-site at the Indian Head Naval Air Station. This opportunity arises from new project awards that have started sooner than expected, with all internal staff allocated to other ongoing projects.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indian Head, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
