• Project Architect

    Actalent (Denver, CO)


    A global design practice is looking to add a Senior Project Architect to their Denver office!

    Job Description:

    + Lead all phases of the design process

    + Manage multiple projects of varying scale — from secure executive conference rooms to high-security office buildings and data centers

    + Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success

    + Oversee quality control reviews and ensure conformance with design intent and standards

    + Guide and mentor junior staff, transferring knowledge and supporting team development

    + Engage with building codes, entitlement processes, and regulatory reviews

    + Contribute to marketing pursuits, proposal preparation, and client interviews

    + Collaborate with national teams and contribute to firmwide initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + NAAB-accredited architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)

    + 10+ years of professional experience

    + Architectural license required

    + Strong knowledge of design process, construction documentation, and administration

    + Experience with commercial, higher education, and mission-critical projects

    + Ability to manage client relationships and work with technically focused stakeholders

    + Advanced proficiency in Revit

    + Experience with site analysis, design studies, contract documents, and specifications

    + Software proficiency: Rhino (including Grasshopper), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), Enscape, Lumion, VRay

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
