    Responsibilities

    + Lead technical support for core processes and ensure compliance with standards.

    + Drive internal audits and KPI improvements through action planning and reporting.

    + Support the Technology & Manufacturing Development Manager in updating standards and developing local skills.

    + Attend regional and global meetings to align with international best practices.

    + Design and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment.

    + Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing.

    + Deliver training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Manage small to medium-scale projects and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

    + 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.

    + Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation.

    + Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance.

    + Knowledge of HSE policies and a commitment to safety and compliance.

    Work Environment

    This is a Permanent position based out of Mebane, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
