Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a renovation project for a rifle firing range at the Naval Academy in Annapolis. This $10M design-bid-build project is set to mobilize soon, and we are looking for a candidate to join a week prior to familiarize themselves with the project and meet officials from the Navy.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
+ Review the scope of work and uphold quality standards.
+ Participate in meetings to discuss project progress.
+ Write and submit daily progress and quality control reports to NAVFAC.

+ Request for Information (RFI) processes
+ OSHA standards
+ Federal construction procedures
+ Inspection techniques
+ Quality Control/SSHO management
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ CQM certification and OSHA30 certification are required.
+ EM385-1-1 knowledge is an added bonus.
+ Must be fully authorized to work in the United States of America without sponsorship or visa.
+ 5-8 years of previous federal construction experience is needed.
+ NAVFAC experience is highly desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naval Academy, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $57.69/hr.
