A Facilities Project Manager plans, directs, and executes building projects (construction, renovation, upgrades), managing budgets, schedules, and resources from concept to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with codes, and maintaining overall facility functionality and safety. Key duties involve project scope definition, cost control, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and adherence to quality and safety standards for physical assets.
Key Responsibilities
+ Project Planning & Execution: Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and manage all phases of construction, renovation, or relocation projects.
+ Budget & Cost Control: Monitor spending, process invoices, manage change orders, and ensure projects stay within fiscal limits.
+ Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Select, contract, and oversee architects, engineers, and construction crews; liaise with internal teams and external entities.
+ Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards; inspect work for quality.
+ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update facility drawings, and provide status reports to management.
+ Facility Operations: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and power/cooling systems.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience: Proven background in construction or facilities management, often 3-5+ years.
+ Skills: Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
