    Parts Coordinator I – Starting at $17/hr!

    About the Role

    **Are you detail-oriented and great at staying organized? As a Parts Coordinator I** , you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate and ensuring technicians and customers get the parts they need—on time, every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in parts management within a supportive team environment.

    Pay & Schedule

    + **Starting at:** **$17 per hour**

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

    + Split between office (air-conditioned) and warehouse (open-air)

    What You’ll Do

    + Process parts orders from sales and technician requests.

    + Verify pricing and create purchase orders.

    + Keep factory folders organized and up to date.

    + Provide accurate shipping documents to the warehouse.

    + Communicate any discrepancies quickly and clearly.

    + Support technicians and customers with order fulfillment.

    + Assist with inventory counts and system updates in WMS and Sage.

    + Upload and map parts using North 49.

    + Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    + Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience with data entry, inventory, or order fulfillment.

    + Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping/receiving.

    + Strong computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, Microsoft Office).

    + Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Customer service mindset.

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    + Experience creating Excel formulas and charts.

    + Knowledge of inventory control systems.

    + Strong time management and communication skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davie, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
