About the Role

Ready to kickstart your career in manufacturing? As an **Entry-Level Assembler** , you’ll help build advanced **High-Density Liquid Cooling products** that power modern technology. You’ll work with copper piping, rubber tubing, and mild steel enclosures—using hand and power tools to bring complex assemblies to life. Along the way, you’ll learn valuable skills like **brazing copper piping** and finishing products with precision.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stand throughout your shift, working both independently and alongside teammates to complete projects that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

+ 🔩 Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for cooling systems

+ 🛠 Use hand and power tools daily

+ 📐 Read and interpret blueprints to guide complex builds

+ 🔥 Learn brazing techniques for copper piping

+ ✨ Grind and finish products to meet quality standards

+ 🤝 Work individually or in collaboration with a team

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience with hand and power tools

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Willingness to stand throughout the shift

+ Interest in starting a career in manufacturing

+ Bonus: 3+ months of assembly experience or mechanical/tool knowledge

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
