    Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Electro-Mechanical

     

    Pay: $34/hour

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Electro-Mechanical systems, you will engage in a wide range of activities within a dynamic maintenance department. Your role involves supporting the transportation, reliability, and repair of production assets essential for manufacturing top-tier rail vehicles.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide hands-on preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of complex manufacturing equipment such as welding robots, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, remote-controlled equipment movers, lifting jacks, cranes, motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.

    + Analyze technical equipment problems on-site and complete repairs and maintenance related to high and low voltage electrical systems, motors, pumps, HVAC, welding machines, industrial electric-powered vehicles, scissor lifts, switchboards, transformers, and drive units.

    + Support all vehicle movement throughout the facility.

    + Execute set-up and start-up of new equipment.

    + Conduct routine scheduled preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory.

    + Support maintenance of technical documentation for processes and equipment.

    + Safely use hand and power tools.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $80766.00/yr.
