Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as an Industrial Electrical Technician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a high-production manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Repair, rebuild, and replace components on industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain equipment integrity.
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and support shift teams with timely troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company policies.
+ Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, machine operators, and supervisors to support production efficiency.
+ Document maintenance work performed and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Participate in cross-training opportunities as part of a multi craft maintenance model.
Essential Skills:
+ Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical schematics.
+ Knowledge of 480V, 3-phase, and 240V electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Ability to perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on plant equipment.
+ Experience in a high-production manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
