    Job Title: Electrical Manager** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong background in project management, estimating, system commissioning, and end-user training for electrical service and construction. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage relationships with General Contractors and Sub-contractors.

    + Provide electrical solutions for customer needs in both service and new construction.

    + Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules for assigned projects.

    + Ensure quality control and safety standards are met.

    + Offer technical support and training to end-users.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

    + Experience in managing customer relationships and providing electrical solutions.

    + General knowledge of low-voltage systems and security/IT systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Journeyman or Master License is nice to have.

    + Strong management skills.

    + Experience in account and relationship management, project management, wiring, and construction management.

    + Familiarity with sales support, electrical maintenance, and industrial environments.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
