Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist the Pharmacist In Charge and Floor Manager with daily functions.
+ Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room.
+ Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications in a timely manner.
+ Assist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure.
+ Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
+ Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
+ Package fill and ship medications.
+ Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
+ Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
+ Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
+ Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
+ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Shift: 6pm-2:30am Monday- Friday and every other weekend
Qualifications:
+ Licensed OH Pharmacy Technician required.
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
+ Basic Math and computer skills.
+ Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
+ Ability to physically perform light lifting.
