Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Training Learning & Development Specialist to support our Rental Field Sales Organization. This position reports through the Rental Sales Training Organization and will create tools and resources to align the Training & Development Organization with Rental Field Sales goals and initiatives. This position will focus on developing and modernizing field sales training content, overseeing the Sales SharePoint platform, supporting in-person and online seminars, and communicating training and field sales priorities internally and across the Enterprise. In addition, this position will assist with special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Identify, create and design learning for Rental Field Sales

+ Develop and distribute field communication

+ Maintain all field sales recognition and developmental programs

+ Work with outside vendors and maintain a communicative relationship to ensure competitive pricing and product inventory levels are maintained

Skills/Qualifications

Required

+ High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and intranet/internet

+ Experience with proofreading and editing documents

Preferred

+ 2+ years’ writing business communications

+ Prior experience designing training content for in-person and online

+ Previous vendor management

+ Previous meeting planning experience
