+ **INVOICING ADMIN** Location: Hampton, VA (ONSITE)Schedule: 8am-5pm ET, Monday-FridayPay: $20/hr **What’s a typical day as an Invoicing Admin? You’ll be:** • Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Researching and resolving customer complaints/issues related to invoice processing, such as late/missing invoices, late payments and late fees, incorrect coding, and improper batching.• Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and carriers to promptly handle all clients' issues. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** • Have an associate degree or high school diploma with relevant experience working with multiple clients.• Have experience in customer support.• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Have the ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.• Can review and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
