    Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

     

    Hours: 25–30 hours per week

We’re looking for a Part-Time AR Clerk to join our client's team for a short-term project that keeps the cash flowing and the numbers in check!     What You’ll Do

     

    + Own the AR process: Post payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely collections.

    + Keep things moving: Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to maintain healthy cash flow.

    + Collaborate: Work closely with our finance team to resolve discrepancies and keep records spotless.

    + Stay organized: Maintain accurate documentation and assist with month-end reporting.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting support.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    + Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups.

    + Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus!
