    Accounts Receivable Specialist – San Ramon

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and payment processing to ensure accurate, timely revenue flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and monitor incoming payments

    + Prepare invoices and resolve billing discrepancies

    + Handle collections and communicate proactively with clients

    + Maintain accurate records for audits

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Proficient in Excel and accounting software
