    Senior IT Systems Analyst – Retail & Business Operations

     

    On-Site | Beverly Hills, CA | Up to $150K

     

    We’re looking for a senior-level IT Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. In this on-site role, you’ll own and evolve core business systems—primarily NetSuite—while serving as a trusted advisor to Retail, Finance, and Operations leaders. If you enjoy solving complex problems, driving process improvement, and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Lead administration and strategic enhancement of NetSuite ERP to support business growth

    + Translate retail and operational needs into effective system configurations and integrations

    + Support and optimize retail IT systems (POS, ERP, productivity tools, integrations)

    + Drive automation, process improvements, and system optimization initiatives

    + Manage cross-functional projects including enhancements, integrations, and data migrations

    + Partner with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + 5–7+ years in IT systems analysis or similar roles, including 2–3 years in retail

    + Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite (configuration, workflows; SuiteScript/JS a plus)

    + Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders

    + Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

    + Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Experience in family-owned or highly dynamic organizations

    + Data analytics, BI, or advanced reporting experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, Accounting, or related field
