Join a team that supports the delivery of strategic projects with a focus on data-related initiatives.
As a Project Associate, within the Data and Analytics Solutions Team, you will coordinate project workstreams, manage timelines and deliverables, and facilitate collaboration across technology and business teams, help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with governance standards, and support risk management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of assigned project workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
+ Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks or issues and prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
+ Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and analytics partners.
+ Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met and support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
+ Assist in resolving project-related issues and roadblocks, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely solutions.
+ Ensure project activities adhere to Chase's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Leverage experience with data projects to support initiatives related to data quality, integrity, and accessibility as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ 4+ years of experience in Project coordination, with exposure to data-related projects; Bachelor's degree required.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships.
+ Structured thinker with good business acumen.
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
+ Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data management concepts.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Experience in financial services or related domain.
+ Knowledge of query or analytical programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus.
