Job Description **:**

This position is responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer/client documents and performing routine daily maintenance on an OPEX Document Processing Machine.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to **:**

+ Day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via US mail, overnight mail and local courier.

+ Ensure documents are scanned/imaged appropriately, following department guidelines.

+ Identify error messages and escalation on equipment issues as needed.

+ Perform routine daily maintenance on OPEX machine.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Document scanning experience

+ Must be able to lift/move boxes and trays weighing up to 25lbs

+ Ability to maintain productivity in a high volume and demanding environment

+ OPEX machine experience preferred

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
