    Role Overview

     

    As the **Director, Digital Workplace** , you will lead the transformation of **Sodexo’s** digital user experience across North America. Your mission is to deliver modern collaboration and productivity technologies that empower employees and enhance efficiency. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring our digital workplace initiatives are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with Sodexo’s global standards. You’ll partner closely with regional and global teams to create a unified, future-ready digital environment.

     

    This is a **remote** role with the preferred candidate located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

    + **Manage Digital Identity & Collaboration**

    + Oversee identity lifecycle, access management, and collaboration tools.

    + Define and implement technologies for devices, procurement, training, and support.

    + **Ensure Operational Excellence**

    + Standardize processes for device and endpoint management.

    + Optimize procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management with clear KPIs and SLAs.
