    With upcoming growth and client expansion in 2026, these Direct Hire roles are an opportunity for top tier manufacturing HR professionals in the Richardson area to make an impact from Day 1.

     

    Our client is seeking proactive and strategic **HR Business Partners** to support their manufacturing operations. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with managers and supervisors to ensure compliance, improve workforce performance, and support talent development.

     

    **Salary** = 110-120K with annual bonus

    Key Responsibilities

    + Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals.

    + Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

    + Drive talent acquisition efforts for hourly and salaried positions within the plant.

    + Support training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

    + Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for retention and productivity.

    What we are looking for/qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 5+ years of Manufacturing HR experience

    + Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
