Overview
The Editorial & PR Manager is responsible for shaping the narrative and tone of voice for Harbor and Publicis Production across all platforms. This individual leads original content initiatives, supports PR and award submissions, and provides critical writing across campaigns, sales materials, and thought leadership efforts. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and editorial guardian who can move fluidly between long-form copy, short-form marketing hooks, and persuasive business writing.
Responsibilities
+ Define and maintain brand tone of voice across digital, editorial, and corporate platforms
+ Lead PR efforts for new talent joining the Harbor and Publicis Production teams
+ Own the talent PR slate and partner with leadership to proactively pitch media opportunities for key internal thought leaders
+ Write and edit high-impact copy for website, social, sales decks, newsletters, and events
+ Lead storytelling strategy for content including The Harbor Magazine, case studies, original features, original podcasts, etc.
+ Maintain updated PR kits for all artists on the Harbor and Publicis Production rosters
+ Collaborate with VP of Marketing on PR strategy, award submissions, and executive comms
+ Support thought leadership including op-eds, bylines, and speaking engagements
+ Ensure editorial alignment across campaigns, working closely with design, digital, and sales
+ Support global marketing team with brand voice direction for new products (e.g. Anchor, intelligent content)
+ Manage freelance writers or content creators when needed
+ Incorporate AI tools and insights to enhance editorial strategy, streamline content development, and support data-informed PR and storytelling initiatives
+ Internal comms support
+ Agency Townhall support
Qualifications
+ 3-5 years experience in content marketing, brand journalism, or editorial strategy
+ Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong sense of narrative and structure
+ Experience in entertainment, post-production, or a creative agency environment preferred
+ Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with precision and diplomacy
+ Comfort working collaboratively across time zones and functions

Compensation Range: $59,850.00 - $90,620.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/13/26.
