Salary/Hours:

$20.00/hour

7am-3:30pm

What’s a typical day as Order Fulfillment Coordinator? You’ll be able to:

+ Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.

+ Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.

+ Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.

+ Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.

+ Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.

+ Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

+ Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience

+ Have basic Excel, computer knowledge

+ Are comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.

+ Are proactive in resolving shipment or delivery issues.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs

+ Able to drive Cushman (similar to a small golf-cart)

+ Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment

+ Will require standing/walking for long periods of time
