    Who You Are

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; supply chain management or management information systems preferred.

+ 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and purchasing or supply chain operations.

+ Strong analytical mindset with a genuine curiosity for solving business problems through data.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data imports, lookups, pivots, data cleanup).

+ Experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft).

+ Proficiency with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization.

+ Demonstrated ability to automate reporting, analyze complex datasets, and highlight performance against targets.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.

+ Comfortable learning new tools and applying technology to improve processes and outcomes.

    Ideal Candidate (Preferred)

+ Technical, hands-on mindset with an interest in experimenting with and applying new tools.

+ Experience designing or maintaining workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or other AI-enabled tools.
