    The Role

The Executive Briefing Program (EBP) Intern plays a vital role in elevating the customer experience by supporting the planning and execution of high-level strategic meetings between our clients and senior leadership. Your impact directly contributes to the success of our global sales and customer engagement strategies by providing a world-class platform for executive-level collaboration.

    What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

With an expanded Executive Briefing Center slated to open in Fall 2026, you will play a critical role in both day-to-day operations and strategic launch readiness:

+ **Expansion Project Management:** Manage project timelines and task tracking for the Fall 2026 center expansion, ensuring all workstreams stay on schedule to accelerate launch readiness.

+ **Data & Reporting Excellence:** Conduct deep-dive audits of the briefing management system to clean historical data and standardize reporting, ensuring leadership has accurate metrics for strategic decision-making.

+ **You are a problem-solver:** You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.

+ **You are a high-trust collaborator:** You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving feedback with clarity and respect.

+ **You are a learner:** You have a true growth mindset and never stop developing yourself, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
