This position is for a Business Data Analyst who will work on monitoring the operations of multiple health related projects in support of our Medicaid clients. They will have ownership of testing, performing quality reviews, collecting and documenting requirements and interfacing with the client.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Works with internal and external clients to identify analytical requirements
+ Creates queries and perform data mining techniques to capture appropriate data
+ Produces reports and analysis to satisfy client requirements
+ Documents processes and procedures used to produce reports
+ Performs business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement
+ Interprets results of data analysis to business users
+ Conducts business analysis for various business platforms/products
+ Prepares and presents written status reports for clients
Required Skills

+ Excel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)

+ Insight to State Benefit Programs, Medicaid and SNAP
+ Microsoft Office
+ SQL knowledge a plus
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ 2 - 4 years’ experience in data analysis

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
