    Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical diagnosis and patient goals.

    + Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and overall quality of life.

    + Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home safety strategies.

    + Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    + Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to discharge planning.

    Requirements:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + OT (Occupational Therapy)

    + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy
