Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT OPERATIONS OFFICER within COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR. Responsibilities You will serve as the SBT-20 Deputy Operations Officer responsible for business transformation, leading organizational innovation, and optimizing processes. You will Serve as a technical lead by providing guidance and direction on integrated warfare engineering operations of system development plans. You will Provide input in defining project scope during project reviews to assist in development plans. You will serve on a team evaluating all aspects of contingencies to include force generation, manpower, transportation, material/equipment , facilities, command and control systems, and continuity of operations plans. You will provide technical advice and coordinates on-going actions during operations, training, exercises. contingencies, and disasters. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing planning, oversight and coordination of missions and resources during planned organizations and trainings. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Incumbent will also maintain situational awareness across various areas of responsibility. May be required to continue or complete formal and informal training and knowledge of publications and systems, e.g. Emergency Preparedness Course, National Response Plan, Joint Publications, National Military Strategy, and other professional development.
