Lancaster, PA, Food Manufacturer is seeking a 1** **st** **shift, Back up Line Lead. Prior Food Manufacturing experience is needed.
Resume and Interview required.
1** **st** **shift: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p M-F, some w/end OT possible.
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 hr, DOE
Duties:
+ **Responsible for the quality and food safety of our products.**
+ **Must wear PPE for this role.**
+ **Prior Food Manufacturing experience is required.**
+ **Knowledge of GMP’s, QA, HACCP, etc.**
+ **Positive Attendance record required.**
+ **Experience with Leading 8-10 associates.**
+ **Assist with bulk filling/raw material sampling.**
+ **Back up for Honey dumping and barrel washing.**
+ **Available for required OT before or after shift.**
+ **Wears PPE and follows safety protocol.**
+ **Perform other duties, as assigned by Supervisor.**
+ **Able to stand for long periods.**
+ **Able to withstand high humidity and physical demands of the job.**
+ **Lifting up to 50lbs.**
+ **Able to perform basic Math skills.**
**Pay Details:** $17.50 to $19.50 per hour
