**Job Title:** Specialist, Logistics

Adecco Staffing is seeking a **Specialist, Logistics** to provide day-to-day logistics support for customer accounts in Richmond, VA. This role focuses on order entry, load coordination, routing, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and accurate transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Enter customer tenders and maintain customer profiles in the Freight Optimizer system

+ Coordinate routing, dispatching, and traffic activities

+ Monitor pickups and deliveries; confirm on-time and accurate load completion

+ Communicate load status and resolve issues with account managers, drivers, and customers

+ Handle driver check calls and validate load data for accounting purposes

+ Investigate and document overages, shortages, and damages

+ Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept or decline loads as directed

+ Provide clear routing instructions and directions to drivers

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1 year of logistics experience

+ General knowledge of the transportation industry

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence

+ Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving ability

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
