    **Location:** Fully Remote (Must work EST Business Hours) **Pay Rate:** $24.43 / hour **Hours:** Part-Time (20 hours per week)

     

    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and analyze store layout files and planogram data. This role is critical in ensuring our merchandising strategies, "Test & Learn" programs, and localized initiatives are accurately reflected across our retail footprint. You will act as a bridge between design and execution, ensuring that 1,100+ planogram versions and over 100 test programs remain compliant and operationally sound.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Data Maintenance:** Process daily updates to the mainframe system and update SmartSpace/AutoCAD store layout files.

    + **Quality Assurance:** Identify and resolve discrepancies where planogram changes do not align with merchandising strategies or footage requirements.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Layout, Planogram, and Test & Learn teams to support group file creation and store assignments.

    + **Compliance & Reporting:** Manage weekly discrepancy reporting related to legal requirements (WIC, PSE/CBD restrictions, and store-type rules).

    + **Conflict Resolution:** Resolve data conflicts between Planogram and Layout Designers before they impact store operations.

    + **Special Projects:** Provide ad hoc support for retail rollouts, such as health programs, vaccine stations, and specialized equipment installations.

    Technical Skills & Qualifications

    + **Experience:** 0–1 year of experience in a data-entry or systems-dependent environment.

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Strong keyboarding skills and comfort navigating window-based computer environments. Familiarity with AutoCAD or SmartSpace is a plus.

    + **Accuracy:** Ability to enter alpha and numeric data with high precision using PCs and data entry terminals.

    + **Knowledge Base:** (Preferred) Familiarity with medical terminology, procedure coding, or ICD9 coding.

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    Work Requirements

    + **Remote Setup:** Must have a private, secure workspace and a reliable internet connection (a Wi-Fi speed test screenshot will be required).

    + **Availability:** Must be able to work consistent EST business hours. Please provide your specific availability with your application.

    + **Attention to Detail:** Ability to follow standardized patterns of operations that include complex rules and special instructions.
