    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    **Pay:** Competitive (based on experience)

    Job Summary

    Adecco is currently hiring a **Sample Area Clerk** for a full-time position in **Spotswood, NJ** . This role supports sample order processing, packaging, inventory organization, and general facility cleanliness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, bilingual (Spanish required), and able to work in a warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Print and process emailed sample orders

    + Assemble UPS shipping boxes

    + Label samples accurately and control revisions by PO number (in coordination with the Warehouse Manager)

    + Package sample and UPS orders according to provided instructions

    + Deliver completed sample and UPS paperwork to the office for UPS label generation

    + Maintain cleanliness of the sample area on a daily basis

    + Restock samples as directed by the Warehouse Manager

    + Reorder sample packaging supplies using a provided form and ensure supplies remain fully stocked

    + Assist with regular warehouse orders as needed

    + Empty trash bins in offices

    + Restock cleaning supplies and notify office staff when reordering is needed

    + Vacuum two office areas

    + Clean six restrooms

    + Clean offices as needed

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Work Environment

    + Warehouse environment (heated, not air-conditioned)

    + Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and movement throughout the day

    Requirements

    + Must be able to lift up to **50 lbs**

    + **Spanish language proficiency required** ; basic English knowledge is a plus

    + Basic math skills required

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

    Interview Process

    + Interview with company owners

    + Brief skills test (basic math and comprehension)

    Schedule

    + Monday through Friday

    + 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Benefits

    + **Two bonuses per year**

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
