Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer $30-$38
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Installers to join our team for a year-long commercial project in Jamestown, ND, and Ellendale, ND. The role primarily involves assembling and hanging ducts to the ceilings and walls of the facility. This position requires a commitment of at least six months, with work scheduled Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week. Lodging must be secured and funded by the hired contractors in either Ellendale, ND, or Aberdeen, SD.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble and hang sheet metal ducts to ceilings and walls.
+ Work collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient installation.
+ Use various tools such as C clamp vice grip, regular vice grip, 16 oz sheet metal hammer, flathead screwdriver, utility knife, wide nose pliers, and left/right hand cut snips.
+ Follow blueprints and use measuring tools for accurate installation.
+ Be flexible and willing to move between projects as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in sheet metal or HVAC duct installation.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency in using measuring tools.
+ Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
+ Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a data center environment is a plus.
+ Experience working in outdoor elements typical of North Dakota.

This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity for those wishing to stay with the company, providing year-round work and the potential for overtime. Additionally, a $120 per diem is provided for each day worked.
Work Environment
The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor settings in North Dakota, with exposure to various weather conditions. Contractors will work primarily in a large box-like building and must be comfortable working on site in potentially challenging environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $40.00/hr.
