    Job Title: Industrial Grill Cook

     

    We are seeking an experienced Industrial Grill Cook to join our team. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of meats, including chicken, beef, and fish, using an industrial cooking grill. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

    Responsibilities

    + Cook and prepare chicken, beef, and fish in an industrial grill setting.

    + Use all kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

    + Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately.

    + Participate in food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, steaming, mixing, and cold prep.

    + Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

    + Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in food preparation and food service.

    + Proficiency in using kitchen equipment.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong skills in grilling, chopping, slicing, and steaming.

    + Capability to follow instructions and recipes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to use knives effectively.

    + Experience in cooking fish, chicken, and meat.

    + Proficiency in both cold and hot food prep.

    + Teamwork skills and the ability to maintain a clean working environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, including weekends, with two days off during the week. The role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, using various kitchen equipment, and adhering to a professional dress code.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
