    Job Title:** **Machine Operator – Clean Room Medical Device Production

    **Location:** Longmont, CO

    **Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    **Pay:** $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled **Machine Operator** to join our clean room medical device production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting machinery in a clean room environment to produce and assemble high-quality medical devices.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate production machinery in a clean room environment.

    + Set up machines and ensure proper calibration for production runs.

    + Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain optimal machine performance.

    + Follow strict clean room protocols and safety guidelines.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience working in a clean room environment preferred.

    + Proven ability to operate, set up, and troubleshoot production machinery.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
