Job Title: Concrete Polisher** **Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Polisher who will be responsible for core drilling into set concrete, polishing it to a glossy finish, removing concrete for pipe or conduit installations, and flat sawing to cut or create patterns in concrete.
Responsibilities
+ Perform core drilling into set concrete.
+ Polish concrete surfaces to achieve a glossy finish.
+ Remove concrete to facilitate the installation of pipes or conduits.
+ Conduct flat sawing to cut concrete or create desired patterns.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in concrete work, construction, and rebar handling.
+ Proficiency in concrete polishing techniques.
+ Skill in sawing, core drilling, joint sealing, floor polishing, and concrete repair.
+ Ability to operate heavy equipment and use hand tools efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Capability to perform heavy lifting.

Work Environment
The work is conducted outdoors, from Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 8-10 hours per day. There is an opportunity to earn up to 15 overtime hours weekly. Some night shifts may be required, providing a diverse and dynamic work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
