Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated manufacturing specialists to join our team in York County. In this role, you will work on a production line, ensuring the smooth flow of production by operating equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and completing various production tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor production line equipment.

+ Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

+ Maintain strong documentation practices to track production processes.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production tasks.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to lift, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong documentation skills.

+ Experience in machine operation and packaging.

Work Environment

The role is set in a food manufacturing facility, with shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The environment is fast-paced, requiring physical activity such as lifting, bending, and twisting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
